First Failure: I bought 3B+ board manufactured on 04-March and was booting fine the very first time. I did a thorough web search and found the troubleshooting checklist on the RPi Forums site. I’ve tried re-flashing the bootloader both via SD card and USB, but no success. The lights flash in this manner whether the micro SD is in or out. The red light came on – stayed solid and nothing else happened.
